TTC Hospitality – developing tourism with green responsibility
ESG has become a long-term development orientation for many tourism enterprises. At TTC Hospitality, ESG is not only reflected in operational strategies but is also realized through practical activities at each destination, from environmental protection and the development of green tourism spaces to spreading social responsibility within local communities.
Building a Green Tourism Ecosystem from Small Actions
At TTC Hospitality, the journey toward sustainable development begins with practical actions integrated into daily operations. The Green Day program is regularly maintained across affiliated business units, gradually fostering habits and raising environmental awareness among employees. At the same time, the Earth Hour campaign is implemented throughout the entire system as a shared commitment to energy conservation, promoting a green lifestyle, and moving toward sustainable development.

Green Day activities are carried out monthly across the business units.
Especially in 2026, many units proactively launched environmental initiatives that reflect their own local characteristics.
At TTC Palace - Binh Thuan, the program “Green Collection – Joining Hands to Protect the Environment” encouraged employees’ children to collect old newspapers, aluminum cans, plastic bottles, and recyclable materials for sorting, weighing, and summarizing. The activity not only helps children develop waste-sorting habits but also creates a meaningful playground that strengthens the bond between employees’ families and the company through a shared spirit of green living.
TTC Hotel - Ngoc Lan and TTC Hotel - Da Lat implemented the program “Green Da Lat – Green Hotel” with activities such as landscape improvement, planting new flower gardens, and assigning plant care responsibilities to different departments by area. In the increasingly competitive tourism industry, the orientation of “Green Hotel, Green Tourism, Green Experience” not only enhances brand image but also offers visitors a sense of closeness and relaxation within the unique atmosphere of the mountain city.

One of the notable circular economy initiatives is the “Green Fiber Regeneration” program at TTC Hotel - Phan Thiet. Under this program, the hotel collects and sorts used textile products such as towels, bed linens, uniforms, and leftover fabrics for recycling purposes. Through this initiative, TTC Hotel - Phan Thiet not only contributes to reducing textile waste released into the environment but also promotes awareness of sustainable resource use in hotel operations.

TTC Hotel - Phan Thiet, Phong Phu Home Textile Joint Stock Company, and Denmark’s Textilia Group exchanged cooperation agreements and presented certifications within the framework of the project “Weaving a Green Era.”
Meanwhile, at TTC World - Valley of Love, the program “Dream of Flowers in the Valley of Love” continues to green the destination with 2,000 cherry blossom trees along with many other flower species. These seemingly simple activities carry long-term significance in preserving the natural landscape and creating a sustainable green space for visitors.

TTC World - Valley of Love collaborated with Lam Vien Ward, Da Lat, to implement the planting of 2,000 cherry blossom trees
at Paradise Hill on May 19, 2026.
Along the coast of Ninh Thuan, TTC Resort - Ninh Thuan organized beach-cleaning activities combined with promoting green tourism, with the participation of employees and visitors. Collecting plastic waste and sorting recyclable materials not only helps protect the marine environment but also contributes to building awareness of responsible tourism within the community.
Spreading Community Responsibility Through Humanitarian Values
In addition to environmental initiatives, TTC Hospitality also considers social responsibility an important part of its sustainable development journey.
In Vinh Long, TTC Mekong Aqua Park, TTC Palace - Ben Tre, and TTC Floating Restaurant jointly implemented the program “Spreading Love – Giving Wings to Childhood.” Employees contributed notebooks, textbooks, school supplies, clothing, toys, and essential items for children at schools for children with disabilities.
Beyond donation activities, the program also organized interaction sessions, coloring, and painting activities with themes such as family, nature, and childhood dreams to create more creative playgrounds for the children. Through these activities, the children had opportunities to express their emotions, develop creativity, and feel the care and support of the community.
At the same time, the “TTC – Supporting Students to School” program was also widely implemented across many business units to provide scholarships for employees’ children who face difficult circumstances and achieve good academic results. This initiative is not only material support but also a source of encouragement for the children to continue pursuing their educational dreams.

“TTC – Supporting Students to School” is a meaningful annual humanitarian activity implemented by the business units every year.
In addition, the program “Voluntary Blood Donation – The Joy of Compassion” continues to be actively supported by TTC Hospitality alongside TTC Group as a practical action for the community. Every unit of blood donated not only helps save lives but also reflects the spirit of sharing and social responsibility among all employees.

TTC Hospitality joined hands with TTC Group in donating precious units of blood to patients in need at hospitals.
In addition, many other community-oriented programs have been, are being, and will continue to be implemented by TTC Hospitality and its affiliated business units.
It can be seen that ESG at TTC Hospitality is not built on grand slogans, but is shaped through concrete, persistent actions closely connected to each destination. Through this journey, TTC Hospitality not only aims to create attractive destinations, but also aspires to contribute to building a greener, more humane, and more sustainable tourism industry for the future.
